Products are air dried in low temperature (slow dried), manufactured without artificial preservatives, colorings or flavorings. No SO2 added. Wonderful eaten as a energetic snack. Often added to breakfest cereals, dairy products. Perfect ingredient for bakery, chocolate products, muesli bars.
